We're Kevin & Roz, and we'll buy your house.

(Stop losing sleep and you can move on with your life)

Who We Help

  • You’re behind on payments or drowning in an underwater mortgage. You’d like to avoid a foreclosure.

  • You’ve inherited a house that needs renovation or came with high taxes. Maybe it’s stacked to the rafters with possessions you don’t have time (or storage space) to deal with.

  • You’re going through a divorce, and you need to sell sooner, not later.

How We Help

  • Being straightforward and up-front about everything. You’ll get a fast offer and clear answers. No flim-flammery, no slick talk.

  • Knowledge and expertise. With over 20 years of successful real estate experience, we’re not “learning on the job.” We speak real estate, and we have a long track record of arranging solutions that keep you from foreclosure.

  • Treating everyone with respect and understanding. We’re not pushy or high-pressure. If you decide to sell to us, wonderful. But even if you don’t, we’ll still offer you advice and helpful resources—at no charge.

(But we DON’T believe in those ugly, blinding yellow “WE BUY HOUSES!!!” signs cluttering our roadways and intersections. I guess you could say we’re the “no ugly signs people.”)

More About Kevin

Kevin.png

I’m truly an entrepreneur at heart, and I’ve owned several businesses over the years. I can fix an RV, run a hardware store, and make a killer pizza. I’ve also overseen countless construction and renovation projects.

In addition to work, serving as a first responder and helping my community is a huge part of my life. I’ve been a firefighter and paramedic for over 35 years in New York City, New Hampshire, and Maine. I’m proud to serve with the Urban Search & Rescue Massachusetts Task Force, and I’m a FEMA and HAZMAT specialist.

More About Roz

I launched my real estate career in Maine back in 1994. I've overseen hundreds of successful transactions. I've worked in residential sales, as well as franchise development and broker/owner training, and have worked extensively with mergers and acquisitions.

However, I can also relate to challenges. During the worst housing market of our generation, (2008-2009) I was forced to adapt to a tough new landscape. I spent countless hours on the phone with banks negotiating short sales.

As a result,  over 40 of my clients avoided foreclosure and were able to rebuild their credit. And in a brutal market where many agents couldn't stay afloat.

Anyone can find themselves in a tough financial spot. I enjoy helping our Parallax clients see that they do have options, and there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
